Self-service help
Start with the setup checklist, lesson steps, hints, solution comparison, walkthrough transcript, glossary, and the “If it does not work” guidance in each challenge. Export progress before clearing browser data or changing devices.
Safety boundary
Never send passwords, access tokens, API keys, payment-card data, private repositories, employer code, production logs containing personal data, or session cookies. Use a minimal synthetic reproduction. Rotate any secret that is accidentally disclosed.
Accessibility and privacy requests

Do not include sensitive evidence in the first message. Paid-cohort support hours and review limits will be separately published before enrollment.
